Understanding AUTRIS

AUTRIS is a holding company. Its businesses develop residential communities (Veritas Villages) and agroforestry projects (Vida Verde), and its Bitcoin treasury division (BitCorp Capital) manages the group’s own Bitcoin holdings.

Researching AUTRIS as a public company is different from exploring a property or agroforestry opportunity. Owning AUTRIS shares is an interest in the company itself, not in any specific home, farm, or parcel. Property and agroforestry offerings are made by the individual businesses, each on its own terms.
